The diocese of Crema is a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical territory in northern Italy, existing since 1579. It is suffragan to the archdiocese of Milan.[1]. Its seat is the Duomo of Crema.

It became subject to the Republic of Venice. It belonged to the Diocese of Lodi until it was made a see. Among its bishops was Marcantonio Zolli.
The 62 parishes of the diocese are all located in the Province of Cremona, Lombardy.[2]
